2. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. During sales, promotions, or peak seasons (e.g. holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

4. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
